To install, follow the following easy steps:
  • Close Visual Studio 2008
  • Run the installer
  • Open Visual Studio 2008
  • Select Tools -> Add-in Manager
  • Check the Add-in called Toggle Script Debugging
  • Check the Startup check box to have the add-in load each time Visual Studio loads.

I installed/uninstalled this a few times and could never get the add-in to show up in tools -> add-in manager. Any ideas?
